- Identify ways to use and encourage the varied talents of all employees, especially those whose contributions grow out of diverse backgrounds
- Recognize when you and others are making assumptions about employees because of their age, sex, race or disability
- Assemble diverse task forces and working groups without excluding those who deserve to be involved
- Explain how employees are protected under EEO law and follow the steps in the EEO process
- Respond if you think someone is being unlawfully harassed
- Complete the final course assessment with at least 80% mastery
