Learning Outcomes

After completion of this course, you'll be able to:

  • Identify ways to use and encourage the varied talents of all employees, especially those whose contributions grow out of diverse backgrounds
  • Recognize when you and others are making assumptions about employees because of their age, sex, race or disability
  • Assemble diverse task forces and working groups without excluding those who deserve to be involved
  • Explain how employees are protected under EEO law and follow the steps in the EEO process
  • Respond if you think someone is being unlawfully harassed
  • Complete the final course assessment with at least 80% mastery
