This course is designed to guide supervisors and management advisors through the legally complicated world of dealing with federal employees who are performing unacceptably. This course is not designed to help the supervisor improve the performance or mediocre performers or to inspire the top performers to improve to even higher levels of performance. Rather, the techniques, principles, and procedures that will be presented here are the tools to use as a last-ditch effort to either raise the employee's performance to an acceptable level or remove the employee from his or her federal position.
Course Components
