This course also examines aspects of planning that are necessary to build a collaborative and effective teacher-paraeducator partnership. Finally, the course explores the concept of building and maintaining communication and confidentiality. The chapters provide practical information and strategies on team building that can be applied outside of the teacher-paraeducator instructional relationship.
