This course examines federal guidelines surrounding the transition of students from high school to life beyond Grade 12. The course also explores the difference between high school and postsecondary education, offers strategies for developing rigorous work-based learning opportunities for high school students with disabilities and instructs the eLearner on how to teach students with disabilities to develop self-advocacy knowledge and skills.
